Renewal for my personal subscription with an offer to get 2 free gift subscriptions. I did this same offer 2 years in a row.
Same results! Gift subscriptions not received! I am so disappointed and shocked by the lack of this company's response and lack of assistance. I personally have been a loyal customer of Country Living since the magazine was issued.
I have always promoted the publication in my antique shop. This experience is most disgusting and shocking.

Lousy. I never ordered the magazine, and I could not get through to cancel.
No answer at the number I was given to call. I never ordered this magazine product. And the cost of $34.97 is exorbitant.

I ordered a calender and the payment for this was taken from my bank account £13.99 including postage on 23rd December and still not received the calender. I spe nt £8.90on my mobile trying to sort this out ànd got nowhere with the foreign girl on the phone. So it's still not sorted out , I have been a subscribers country living for at least 30 years and this is how they treat you *** SCAMMERS
The call keeps getting cut off. I can't speak to a human being.
The calendar was ordered and paid for. Payment was taken on the 23rd of December. I'm still waiting on the calendar being delivered. I tried to contact them, but it continually cuts off.
I tried another number which is an international number and it's very expensive per minute.
I have now given up and will purchase a calendar locally and try to get a refund from Country Living. Don't buy online unless you want this hassle.

To change my due date an they did.
I had received a email saying my payment was pass due yesterday so I called an talked to a representative an they made sure that they change it to the 5th they told they would not charge me a late fee which was very nice of them to do
But on my country living app. That I have it still says either the 15th or 17th of each month so I hope that will show the new payment date.

Hello,
Since the new CL issue went on sale on 27 June, I am still waiting for the new August issue.
I normally receive them here in Switzerland around the 3rd of the month.
Furthermore, I am writing because my customer number and password aren't working - why is this?
