My latest CL issue is missing
Hello,
Since the new CL issue went on sale on 27 June, I am still waiting for the new August issue.
I normally receive them here in Switzerland around the 3rd of the month.
Furthermore, I am writing because my customer number and password aren't working - why is this?

I canceled but they charged me anyway
I cancelled, but they charged me anyway. The amount they charged was way more than I've ever paid before in my life.

Haven't received an issue since June 2023. Continue to talk periodically with someone in another country that they will send it out and extend my subscription and haven't seen a new issue yet

The person whom your sending magazines is deceased
No one has ordered any magazines. I happen to know that when those magazines were ordered they were accompanied with a check paying in full for the year or two they desired.
You have taken upon yourself to keep sending unwanted magazines. If we wanted them we would have paid ahead of time. The owner passed away 3/3 2020 and was sick up to one year before. I personally know he did not order any magazines.
STOP SENDING any magazines. I can send you Mr Frank Bowlanders death certificate.
you will not be paid unless you can prove to me that they were requested and with what check they were paid. He never paid for magazines with a credit card because this is what you do, send unrequested magazines.
