I have subscribed for decades to country living. I go to Florida in the winter and they are never forwarded and not to be found with my non forwarded mail. This year I only got Mays issue (this is September) My subscription expires December 2021. I get renewal notices every couple of weeks, but no magazine. I called and was told they could send me the last three issues, but never got them. I called customer service and they confirm my address is correct (they seem to have no problems with all the renewal notices)! Why would I want to keep subscribing when I dont get the magazine? And yes I have talked to the post office.

Very poor customer service, could not get my subscription forwarded . And I think PIssed is not professional complaint terminology.

I can't seem to get on your site at all &; it says I'm signed in. Thursday 27th, you deducted $ 37.42 from my checking account for automatic withdrawal for your magazine. I love your Country Living but I don't want to be on automatic withdrawal. Please take me off this #082820. i don't remember even giving you permission to do this but if I did please cancel after this subscription. From now on I want the right to choose if I renew. Problem receiving issues

Ive been calling Country Living subscription department since July 25, 2019 because I hadnt received my June or July/August issues. They sent them separately in envelopes.

Its been over for over a year and I still cant get a regular delivery! Evidently, I was involuntarily enrolled into Front Door delivery over a year ago and thats when the trouble started. I havent received a magazine since then, unless I call first. After saying they had unenrolled me months earlier, a supervisor saw I wasnt actually unenrolled and finally unenrolled me from Front Door in April.

She said I should receive the June issue with no further problems. Sadly, it never showed up. They keep extending my subscription, but what good is that if I NEVER receive a magazine?! I just spoke to them again today (6/5/2020) and they are, once again, special delivering my June issue.

And, once again, they assured me I should get regular delivery by the July/August issue. Well see...

I was so disappointed in the size of your magazine! It is not like it used to be. They may be worth 50 cent. I don't know what happen to your comp, who u hired to run it . But I figured I wound order it and when I got it I could not believe how small it was I was done with it in about an hour. Sorry will not be ordering it again.

I am from New Zealand and have been trying to unsubscribe from my digital only subscription of Country Living (US) magazine. I'm unable to ring as they give an 0800 number and I have sent numerous emails which have gone unanswered. It is so long ago that I subscribed that I cannot remember the email I signed up with or the password and customer number. Can anyone out there pleeeease help me find a solution to this!!! Fraud and theft

My credit card was charged for a renewal I never authorized. I had a subscription years ago but cancelled suddenly I’m sent a magazine and charged 38 dollars on my card. I’m livid

I have subscribed to country living for years. This year I was charged 35.98 for 1 year subscription! I am unable to speak to anyone to refund this charge after I cancelled my subscription. Very disappointed in Country Living/Hearst Magazine .

BEWARE of LARGE "BILL" for FAKE "SUBSCRIPTION"

My husband brings a big Bill from our mailbox that says I owe almost 40 dollars (37.94) for Subscription Renewal...... AND I DON'T have a Subscription at all, and Never Renewed - I don't think I could Renew a Subscription I don't have - BEWARE and BE AWARE, and the Bill looks so REAL, this is disgusting!

I never received Country living magazine. I just received a bill for $10 for an 11 issue subscription. I have a quite modern home and I am not into country living at all. I never ordered this magazine and I do not wish to pay for something that I never even received.

There are independent companies that send out fake bills... I get them all the time for magazines I've never had.

They are scammers, and they just randomly send them out. It's not the actual magazine's fault, and they have no control over it.

Not getting subscription

I was charged for an automatic renewal of $34.97 and I have not received Country Living since June. I tried to use their website for help and finally called on the computer and waited for 45 min. for an answer. When I finally got connected to the operator, she could not hear me and we were disconnected. The Customer service # that I was given only stated that my subscription was current. Their regular website is a Joke!!! I want my magazines sent to me or I want a refund.
