Problem receiving issues
Ive been calling Country Living subscription department since July 25, 2019 because I hadnt received my June or July/August issues. They sent them separately in envelopes.
Its been over for over a year and I still cant get a regular delivery! Evidently, I was involuntarily enrolled into Front Door delivery over a year ago and thats when the trouble started. I havent received a magazine since then, unless I call first. After saying they had unenrolled me months earlier, a supervisor saw I wasnt actually unenrolled and finally unenrolled me from Front Door in April.
She said I should receive the June issue with no further problems. Sadly, it never showed up. They keep extending my subscription, but what good is that if I NEVER receive a magazine?! I just spoke to them again today (6/5/2020) and they are, once again, special delivering my June issue.
And, once again, they assured me I should get regular delivery by the July/August issue. Well see...

Very poor customer service, could not get my subscription forwarded . And I think PIssed is not professional complaint terminology.
